I just bought a deathadder chroma off Newegg and theres a couple of problems.
The first is that the mouse stops working after i switch users. The lights work but the cursor stops and the buttons don't work. It only works after I replug it.
The second problem is that after I tried to uninstall the drivers, I installed it and now synapse isn't picking up the mouse. It was picked up before I uninstalled the drivers.
Any help?

I'm not too sure if its a mouse problem, I have one of the older Deathadders and have never experienced that, have you tried other USB ports on your computer? Maybe the one you're using is just faulty, I'd also check for dust in the ports, just to be sure.
If that still fails the mouse could just be faulty, so I'd go for an RMA if possible.

i fixed the synapse problem, so the only problem left is how it doesn't want to work after switching users.
meyyThe deathadder chroma has so many software problems its actually laughable. Dancenumber ripped his out of the wall the first time he used it live on stream. If you want a quality deathadder get a classic 2013.
I actually had a 2013 version, but I had to replace it with the chroma because the scroll wheel and right click broke. i used the 2013 again and it seems like it does work when i switch users/log off. so i guess it is a chroma thing.
i fixed the synapse problem, so the only problem left is how it doesn't want to work after switching users.

can you move your mouse when you log off or switch users? thats my only problem right now.
