I recently bought a Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma and it makes this hissing noise especially when something is playing in the background. I tried everything on the internet but it still didn't get rid of the noise. Anyone know a fix to this problem?

The best option imo is to return them, buy a good pair of headphones like audiotechnica or sennheiser, and get a modmic or zalman clip on. Easily better than any headset on the market.

Im curious as to what type of quality the mic gives for it being so cheap, unless i googled the mic incorrectly. Mind linking the one you purchased? The headset looks awesome

I'm thinking of getting Steelseries Siberia RAW Prism headset because they're only $60 in my area and I don't wanna have to spend more than $100 on a gaming headset. Should I get them?

If you do want a headset, HyperX Cloud is the best option imo

General rule of thumb is that 90% of "gaming headsets" are really bad. Cloud is the like the only exception because the sound quality and mic are all around good

Although the HyperX Clouds are almost unarguably the best value gaming headset out there, it's important to remember that they're still not superior to actual audiophile headphones + a separate mic .
