ETF2L S23 Preseason Cup - Knockouts

ABOUT
The conclusion of ETF2L's Season 23 teaser featuring new maps, new unlocks and new teams! The top bracket has been seeded as a result of last Thursday's upset-packed group stage:
1. Planet Express (CondoM, zoob, DamnEasy, iikq, sheepy dog's hand, pierzzz-)
2. dd + 5 friends (Honey, feeling, dd5f, chappie, Sjoeberg, ixy)
3. Publiclir (Serotone, AMS, Salmon, Smirre, fl1p, ???)
4. Danger Dogs by TF2Pickup.net (kr4tos, qnx, KillAri, Dr. Phil, scrab, Tseini)
This will be the first test for Publiclir since Dennia's departure and his French replacement, fl1p, still lacks a confirmed scout partner with Kiler4fun supposedly just a backup.
Tonight's fixtures will all be best-of-three in the top bracket so Coalplant, Logjam and Gravelpit may way all make an appearance.
An official teamfortress.tv stream looks unlikely, but there will be coverage from CubesCast and various player streams we will try to promote here.

I really want to know who's gonna play med for PE during the season. This win has shown they're capable of dealing with high level teams, and therefore they deserve a capable medic too.
(I hope for them to get some pussy play style med like shade or perm).

Yes its a shame cause I think we could beat anyone if we had a top medic who could lead us. There really is a lack of great medics and they have all found other teams. We all have incredible dm but the lack of medic is bringing us down. I still think we will get someone good enough though (we are still trialing add me if you are good enough).

There isn't a medic currently that would fit PlEx. They should try to persuade an intelligent combat-classer to offclass and lead the team from medic.

We are looking to make the top 4 in prem next season and with our loyal fans such as yourself giving us extra motivation I am looking forward to causing some upsets in the season. We have been doing well in pcws beating every prem team we have faced so far (apart from Reason). Of course pcws mean nothing but with loyal fans such as yourself, I am confident we will have the motivation to continue practicing hard and therefore winning our officals. We are also looking forward to i58 and we are going to practice very hard so we can compete with all the top teams there. It won't be easy considering the best teams in the world will be there, but with the support of our loyal supporters we think we can be real competitors. I thank you and all of our loyal supporters and I look forward to meeting you at LAN dmoule.
