Can't play csgo at 4:3 stretched anymore

Ever since i downloaded windows 10 it doesnt let m e go 4:3 stretched (4:3 still works but idk) Most fixes i have found say to get a 3rd party program but i dont trust that, what can i do?

Are u using intel graphics ? Because theres a bug with intel graphics on windows 10 that prevent u from stretching

If you're on AMD:
- Use Display Driver Uninstaller (basically uninstalls your driver completely)
- Restart and make sure no AMD folders are left on your PC (Check C:\Program Files)
- Download & Install "AMD Radeon 15.6 beta windows 8.1" (YEP I KNOW IT SAYS WINDOWS 8.1 BUT YOU USE WINDOWS 10)
- Enjoy stretched 4:3

just use hotkey resolution changer, its the only thing that works with the crimson drivers on w10, i've used it and never had any problems
