So, I was doing benchmarks for CS:GO. After that FPS in both CS and TF2 was limited to 60. I have not changed any fps_max commands (it's set to 0 on TF2 and 300 on CS), nor I have anything set in my config for any of those games.
Any idea what the hell could be happening?

Vsync is off, and I don't have CCC because I'm running open source Linux AMD drivers.
