i have dxtory set up with OBS but every time i try to begin a broadcast i get this error : "Incompatible hook modules were detected in the OBS process. Please make sure OBS is added to the ignore list of capture programs such as DXTory, FRAPS, etc."
i followed this guide word for word http://skyride.org/2012/10/the-complete-guide-to-streaming-tf2-with-obs/ and its still doing this. any OBS streamers have this problem/able to fix it?

Don't use dxtory + OBS. The new versions of OBS comes with a gamecapture that works with TF2 and is practically flawless. I use it myself and love it.

-right click in sources
-add Game Capture (experimental)
-then right click on that and hit properties
-hit refresh and then find your application
-check all the settings you want

I think it's currently only supported in the 32 bit version. He'll eventually roll out support for 64 bit but I assume that it's low on the list of priorities.

If you dl'd the 32/64 you have both.
Most games and things such as tf2, quake live, shogun, chrome, and most stuff uses the 32.
You find the 32 exe here C:\Program Files (x86)\OBS\OBS.exe.
So far the only thing ive need the 64.exe was warsow and you find that here C:\Program Files (x86)\OBS\64bit\OBS.exe .
When you launch either all your settings will be the same the only differences is what its cabable of streaming.
