Game freezes when connected to server

Hi,
Whenever i connect to servers, whether its a pub, tf2center game, lobby, mvm etc. There is a chance on the "welcome" screen that my TF2 just freezes, the only thing I can control is my mouse which is visible, i am not able to press enter or click anything, and i am forced to restart my PC

My specs are

i5 4560
gtx 950
8gb ddr4 ram
windows 10 pro
rayshud latest

Its not a black screen, i can see the players moving

I get this issue tpo, sometimes mashing the keyboard with alt-tabs or ctrl tabs work but majority of the time im also forced to restart my PC

I fixed this issue by not holding down my push to talk while in mumble when launching a game or connecting to a server

I'm having an issue where my TF2 always freezes within ~5 minutes of playing. I look at net_graph and there's a HUGE spike. I have good internet so that's not the issue. Idk what it could be in my cfg.
