my year in tf2

the anniversary of my first download of tf2 is coming up next week and it makes me think about how much has happened over the past year. here are my personal takeaways from this little game fwiw.

1. 6's is basically the greatest thing ever that no one knows exists.
2. Frames Good. Laptop Bad.
3. there are a number of insanely dedicated people working way too hard to keep this game alive.
4. eu > na (excludes dmoule, obviously)
5. every class is hard. every class is called easy. (excludes pyro, obviously)
6. always listen to marxist's advice.
7. fuck jump maps.

a genuine thank you to those of you who are friendly and accepting; sometimes it makes all the difference!

1100 hours of my life, i'm still brand new.

it's a pretty fun game tho.
