I couldn't find previously made threads for this and I really need to improve my decision making and general gamesense. I looked on demos.tf with top roamer names as search term but I couldn't find anything recent that wasn't from pugs.

Are there places where these are gathered? Thanks in advance :)

Just go to https://play.esea.net/index.php?s=news&d=comments&id=14747 and click on a team and open one of their matches by clicking the match result. From there you can click 'Download' on the right side.
