So I'm having some issues where my ping and/or latency is high but if i join the server, it's not high.
No one else is using the internet except for me. This started happening since I reformatted my computer.
Also, since this started happening, whenever I do the PLAY NOW pubs, I end up connecting to Chile, Sweden, and Brazil servers and I live in the West coast. lol.
If you guys still don't understand, I'll give an example. I head to servers, go to my favorites, and click refresh. Lets say supposedly I wanted to play on B4nny's MGE server and i see that I have 140 ping before connecting but still decide to connect anyways. Once Connected, I don't have 140 ping, but 70 which is pretty normal for me.

I have this problem as well, but usually a second refresh fixes it and shows the "real" ping.

I tried clicking refresh multiple times. No changes.
