bluescreening because of webcam driver?

So around six months ago when I upgraded to Win 8.1 I was having bluescreen troubles, crashing with the error "system_thread_exception_not_handled: lvrs64.sys". I looked it up and found out it was related to my logitech webcam, which I then uninstalled. I hadn't bluescreened since then until around a week ago when it happened again, same error. I uninstalled the drivers again, hoping it would fix it, but I just bluescreened again right now.

Kinda at a loss as to what to do. I'm not sure what exactly I uninstalled in device manager the first time around to stop the bluescreens (there are like three devices in device manager related to the webcam) or even what would trigger it again (besides me starting to stream again, aka starting to use the webcam again).

The camera is a Logitech C270.

Maybe disable any related programs in your Boot Up section so they're not running when you re-launch? Might be some old Logitech programs fucking with your stuff

Only Logitech things on startup are related to my mouse.

Bump. My system just BSOD'd with REFERENCE_BY_POINTER error. I've had my webcam unplugged for a bit and I thought that would at least temporarily fix it while I tried to figure this out but I guess not.

After searching around a bit it seems like it might be related to just having windows be out of date, and I haven't updated my windows in some time. I'll update and see if that fixes anything...if helpful, it occurred right as I quit out of a game (minecraft, specifically)
