I apologize if this question was answered earlier but if I purchase a Froyotech hoodie, does that entitle me to donation benefits like weapon signatures and a demo review or is that a separate donation i have to make? I'm most likely going to buy a hoodie either way but was wondering this.

I just wanted to respond to what b4nny said on his stream, that "RONIN aren't going because shrugger quit for OW". That isn't true, it was a team decision lol. It is true that I am not playing next season but I told my team that I could go if we all really wanted to but we were only half for it. We would have had to run a fund raiser to get there (despite what people think about ronin being able to fully sponsor our trip...) and we didn't want to do that if we weren't 100% into it. I have never gone to a LAN without putting my all into practicing before hand, and I only wanted to go if I thought I could win. as far as getting a ringer, that would have just been for scrims because I wouldn't be able to play as often. I am sorry that we are not going, it wasn't an easy decision and it is why we have been quiet about it up until now.

Who else is gonna come out of retirement to fill roster spots???

If ronin quits, it'll lead to a good list of predictable invite seasons (if invite is still around after a few seasons)

I guess if more top teams quit I will start getting asked "want to make an invite team for easy money" instead of "want to make an open team for easy money" since there wouldn't really be a difference between them anymore.

invite is already predictable:
Prediction: team b4nny will lose in the upper bracket semifinals to whichever team finished 2nd; then, unless team b4nny folds midgame, easily wins the upper bracket finals despite the map disadvantage.
This has been true for years.

BlehI apologize if this question was answered earlier but if I purchase a Froyotech hoodie, does that entitle me to donation benefits like weapon signatures and a demo review or is that a separate donation i have to make? I'm most likely going to buy a hoodie either way but was wondering this.
The merch and donations are separate, unfortunately. Part of the goal with offering merch was that it would serve as its own sort of perk to supporting the team. Hope you like your froyohoodie!
And an update for all: We have raised $1000 across all platforms now! Huge thanks to everyone who has contributed so far. The donations and merch orders have been coming in steadily which is awesome. If we keep up this pace we will certainly meet the goal. We have about 16 days left in the teespring campaigns so get your froyotees and hoodies while you still can!

Are we meant to email you to claim the donation perks or should we wait for an email to our paypal account's email?

Also, how do we receive perks if we donated through scrap.tf? Are they going to be taken care of in the near future?

The only thing bout ronnin's future ive heard multiple times is no i58, and the iffy part is: no sponsor for next season, but the roster seems likely to stay with a change or two. the only thing here for sure is not being at i58, everything else is a rumor....

B4nny has already paid for most of it himself, this fundraiser is just so he doesn't have to eat cup noodles for the next year and a half.

SnazThe donated $ total hang been updated in a few days, is it possible to get an update on donations?
Our current total raised is about $2000 across all platforms, so things are going pretty well so far.
We will be ending the fundraiser on 8/24, though, so that gives us about 3 weeks to raise the remaining funds.
Currently looking to organize a showmatch to help promote our fundraiser as well.
ManangerIf I donate 4 keys can I get two items signed by two players?, ty.
Yep, every 2 keys donated can get you a different signed item by any player of the team.
georgebaiiAre Froyo shirts available only for before/during i58 or will they be available all the time?
The Froyo shirts and hoodies are only available during this short fundraiser campaign, and there are actually only 6 days left to order one. They are still the best way to contribute to the campaign, so please get yours now! And if you want to buy them with Mann Co Keys, send me the email ASAP so we can take care of it.
ErraticAlso, how do we receive perks if we donated through scrap.tf? Are they going to be taken care of in the near future?
We will collect the list of donators from scrap.tf on the day we stop accepting donations, 8/24. Then we will be contacting everyone on the list to get their perks fulfilled. It might take a little bit longer to tie up every loose end, but everyone should have an email or friend request from me sorting things out before we leave for i58.
And a big thanks to everyone who has contributed so far. The i58 hype is building!
