cl_first_person_uses_world_model 1
Both are pretty cancerous but at least I can give you another choice lol, so long as you dont mind moving models and looking at scouts cute feet-- I mean, manly pub stompers. (not bad for most classes but pretty awful for soldier)
The viewmodel itself is tied in a cosmetic so you know its supported by valve lel

I did. I don't understand why would someone use it.

World viewmodels are fine for some classes—most of the time it's just like a moving version of the min viewmodel. Other times you'll get your own cosmetics clipping into your vision.
This is the only proper way to see your glove/sleeve cosmetics in first-person though.

Works great for Pyro and Heavy. Decent on most other classes. Shit on Spy and Soldier. (Spy needs viewmodel cues to know when he's able to backstab and do other things, Soldier's world reload animation is horrendous)

If you do actually use this "oculus rift view", theres a bug where the sniper rifle doesn't hide anymore when you scope in (and its been broken like that for at least a year, making me think valve just forgot its in the game)
I use a script to fix this
alias +sniperm2 "+attack2; cl_first_person_uses_world_model 0"
alias -sniperm2 "-attack2; cl_first_person_uses_world_model 1"
bind mouse2 "+sniperm2"
