I have a friend with warehouse space in Pasadena CA & he is willing to let me use it to host a LAN tournament. The space is approximately 1500 square feet of warehouse, an office portion of 600 square feet & a garage area of another 600 square feet. I'd like to host a BYOC 6's tournament with current ESEA maps & rules. Highlander is also a possibility. Each player would buy in to play & add to a prize pot. I want a competitive atmosphere & feel this is something that could help the community. Plus it could be a lot of fun. I'm curious if something like this would be in demand or a waste time.
If people are interested add me on Steam & we can discuss it because this space is only going to be vacant for so long. Any advice is appreciated since I've never hosted a LAN & some first hand knowledge is always good.
