I was clicking "Countinue" like a maniac and nothing. I couldnt altabed and ctrl + alt + delete didnt work as well. I only had tf2 screen, I could see my teammates moving. Today happened the same thing again.

I have this all the time when I launch TF2 on top of mumble window.
Only launch TF2 when mumble window is not the active one.
ALT + 2x TAB sometimes help.
