Just got an invite from a private profile that isn't friends with me to join a steam group for the CS:GO site csgo999.com.
Never heard of it and it looks suspicious as hell (nowhere to contact them, consistent misspellings of words). Their steam group only has 17 members, even though on the site it claims to have had 1871 users in traffic today on their top banner. Here's the steam group I got invited to: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/csgo999_3034. Also, just noticed that the owner of the group is level 0 private. This seems really fucked
Is this a new site or an existing one? Also, isn't their current betting system not allowed by Valve as seen with all of the recent cease and desist letters and lawsuits? Are scam sites (like this one seems to be) common and should I not be posting about it?

I haven't encountered any other scam sites but games with big economies have lots of scam sites and I guess CSGO is just another.
