Steam Wallet?

This morning I had $2.49 in my Steam Wallet. Now I have $22.49 in my Steam Wallet. I checked my transaction history and that $20.00 appeared from no where! It doesn't even add up. I've restarted Steam twice now, and it is still showing the same amount. I don't want to get accused of hacking, or bug abusing by Steam if they see something fishy - but where do I report the extra amount? And without looking stupid? "oh hi. yeah there's uhm...suddenly more money in my wallet now. ITS TOO MUCH!"

I added up every single purchase TF2 + market + games, and it leaves me with $2.49, taking into account the steam cards I bought. How. The. Heck.

I've never sold anything on the Marketplace. However, I bought alot there. And I was having connection problems when I bought something. Maybe the Steam server glitched?
