or look at huds with custom crosshairs at the customization section

Sadly, there's only the in-game crosshairs, and the HUD crosshairs that are available for customization.
There's some pretty cool VTF crosshairs you can get from a thread around here.

the rayshud installer has something slightly similar to it with hud crosshairs but not really the same thing (you can copy the font and stuff to use those xhairs on other huds i forget how though; paging flatline)
