youtube is like broken for me

im trying to use the youtube site on chrome and i cant like hover over the video to bring up the like volume and size and quality option "hud" thing but it has like these really big versions of those icons that should come up in the comments its really fucking weird and i spen like 21 hours a day on youtube so it would be cool if anyone knows how to fix heres some screenshots: http://prnt.sc/cpzebu http://prnt.sc/cpzelb

i think i had this problem before, i cant remember what i did to fix. but try to sign out of ur google account then sign back in. i think thats what i did
