Hey everyone,
Icebreaker team here, after an extended break we’re back with another Icebreaker with a more NA/EU friendly time.
Please note that all information and reminders will be sent though our discord here: https://discord.gg/NCuJHrG
What is Icebreaker?
Icebreaker is a mellow experience for new players looking to break(pun intended) into competitive tf2. The icebreaker mentor team welcomes anyone of any skill level. You'll be playing a couple of thirty minute games with a dedicated mentor to show you the ropes and cover the fundamentals of competitive tf2, this will help you break the ice.
Icebreaker welcomes anyone from any region, the last icebreaker was more focused toward the Oceanic region so, we're going to have the second icebreaker at 7:00AM AEDT, which is more friendly towards EU / NA which is 4:00PM EDT and 9:00PM BST.
So, when is it?
Icebreaker will be held on the 23th of October 7:00AM AEDT, the event will run from 7:00AM until 10:00AM AEDT however, you're welcome to stay as long as the mentors can stay awake!
edit: Australian Eastern Daylight Time not Australian Eastern Standard Time, sorry! (AEDT = GMT + 11. AEST = GMT +10)
If you are unsure when this is in your local timezone check out: http://everytimezone.com/#2016-10-23,480,cn3

I'm pretty sure that people who are new to competitive would not be using this website, you would do much more by just posting this on like reddit and making a steam group and inviting everyone you know.

Maybe pros can refer their wannabe-pro friends to us:P, we had a broad range of skill levels last Icebreaker and the scrims between the groups was still balanced!
People looking to learn about mentoring can learn a few things with us, something to learn for everyone :)
And as Vanquish stated yes, we've posted this thread to a variety or places :).

If I'm translating timezones correctly, the 23rd of October at 7:00 AM AEST = the 22nd of October at 4:00 PM EST.
But the timezone link is putting it at Oct 23 4:00 PM EST and saying that it'll be the 24th in Australia. Which one is correct?

Pretty sure we're 15 hours in front of you (11:42pm on Friday right now for reference).
So if it's at 7pm our time then it'll be at like 4am yours.

it's 7am our time, not 7pm. It's meant to be euro and na friendly.
