This is hard. Sniper becomes A or at least B tier when full time heavy is slowing the game down, and demo is a fulltime class even if id rather have a good scout than a good demo. Sniper and Demo and Engi get buffed up hard in pubs/HL while soldier and scout get nerfed. Heavy is way better on PL and A/D than 5cp. The game is too diverse for this to be so compact tbh

Pyro definitely deserves t o be D or even C tier, the utility and damage reflect of airblast is annoying but respectable. The disable + damage of poof + flare / shotgun against, say scouts, is probably the easiest one-shot combo in the game.
