Cannot init steam datagram client

Cannot init steam datagram client, no Steam HTTP interface
^this message is literally spammed in my console in tf2. It doesn't really affect the game but it is spammed so fast that i can't even see what i type into the console, and it's also kind of annoying. What could be the cause ?

Also i had this problem for a while now like maybe a month so i have restarted steam a couple times already

Turn the steam beta on in the settings and then restart maybe?

something steamy could be being blocked by your firewall rules perhaps? check your windows firewall rules, restarting your router might allow the port to be unblocked too

For some reason i can't turn the steam beta on
What could be "steamy" in those rules ? i have no idea tbh. I restarted my router already and no changes
Also my pc got BSOD so i had to reinstall windows and it's still there lol

i mean part of steam or tf2 could be being blocked by your firewall
