i have all my old demos but im wondering why it randomly stopped recording demos..and if i should re-download or what...

When did it stop working?
It broke a while ago, and then a fix was released.
If you don't already have the latest version, download it :D

also, put prec_mode 2 in your cfg to make sure the addon will work.
