TF2 4:3 w/ Intel Graphics Card

Is there a way to stretch the 4:3 aspect ratio of tf2 without having to stretch the desktop and anything else? I don't have an NVidia graphics card but an intel graphics card

set tf2 to run in windowed 4:3

set your display resolution to 4:3 stretched through the desktop

set res to 4:3

open up graphics manager

hit display

choose scale to full screen

now run tf2, and you should have 4:3 stretched. if you do not run it in windowed mode, it will reset the res settings to 4:3 regular instead of 4:3 stretched
