I'm pretty sure majority of teams and players are looking to win

I don't really know him so well but if he finds a class that fits him well and he's dedicated and has a good attitude on a committed team, he could have a better time in open then in UGC.

Chill dude. The new season doesn't start for over a month, you wont find a team in a day. Give it a week or two before you get to worried.
