Hello we recently kicked our roamer and we are looking to replace him. My team plays in UGC Silver and Cevo. This team plays almost every day scrimming usually twice a day. Looking for a dedicated roamer with previous experience who is 18 years or older.

why do they have to be over 18... there is alot of young talent in the tf2 community

the team is really a good group of guys all really dedicated to learning and are advancing quickly! Would be a great idea to join this team if you are dedicated to getting better.

Do you guys honestly need an age restriction? You really shouldn't limit your tryouts based upon age, especially for UGC where the majority of players are under-aged.(hue) Maturity is a lot more important than age ever will be, don't hurt your team by limiting the amount of people you can tryout. At the end of the day, as long as they're strong players and mature, why care about age?

maybe they want someone who can control their schedule and not depend on their parents or something, i dunno, i can see where the age thing comes. i also usually have much more in common with someone my age then someone younger (or even older)
