ive ringed for esea-o in scrims but im still deciding what league to join

Portions of each division will overlap meaning that top open teams are better than lower IM teams. You can play in a free league like cevo or ugc if you aren't sure you want to pay yet. It doesn't really matter where you choose to play because you can always scrim better teams.
