Well isn't a chrome app just a website with chrome features? Seems like it would be relatively simple to do with the teamfortress.tv framework.

brownymasterI worked on a simple xml feed for streams just the other day (like an rss feed except not using their xml format). If someone wants to write a parser for it (or know any RSS apps that work) I'm sure it could work.
This is my only free day before school starts, I'll look into it but if I don't get it today it might be a while. Can you give me that feed?

I've made a real quick version today, I'll make a proper one when I get free time.

Awesome, I'd probably rename it teamfortress.tv Stream Finder just for name recognition. But awesome app.
