I'm not sure if this is legit or not, has anyone been having problems recently with core temp, or is my system just really freaking cold.

Those temps aren't accurate unless you're using liquid nitrogen or a phase change cooling system.

Even with water-cooling, you won't get temps much lower than room temp without extreme (phase change/ln2) cooling. I don't use that program so I don't know its flaws, but that's certainly not accurate.

If you are not satisfied with Core Temp, check your numbers with Open Hardware Monitor
