No don't use it, and unless you are using macros don't keep synapse on as it messes with the mouse

when I had it on for some time, my mouse (deathadder chroma) would consistently stop tracking for about half a second every 3 or 4 seconds on a razer goliathus control pad
as far as razer synapse itself I haven't had any problems with it although there are people that will claim that software causes a tiny bit of input lag. I've been pleased with it and I'm going on 4 years of using it

There's a glitch which will change your in game dpi for some reason, and a lot of people make threads asking how to fix it
