Stream gets stuck when alt tabbing

Hellooo, my game sometimes gets stuck on 1 frame when I alt tab when I'm streaming (obs), does anyone know how to fix this? :D

This happens just for the stream not my actual game.

edit: It stays stuck on that one frame until I re-enable game capture.

Isn't that totally normal? When you alt-tab the game isn't captured anymore so it's stuck on one frame on the stream until you alt-tab back.

Oh shit, I mean it stays stuck on the 1 frame, even when I alt tab back in I have to disable/enable game capture in order to fix it.

do you run in full screen or windowed?
never had that same issue but you might try running windowed if you are in full screen because that should let you tab out and continue to capture the game

Because I want to change my brightness if I didn't care about that obviously I would have tried windowed.

Windowed (even with noborders) gives input lag as far as I know.
