I figured TF2 players would have more interest in this so I'm sharing it here.

I made a HUD for Reflex Arena heavily influenced by TF2 custom HUDs, workshop page with screenshots here.

If subscribing through the workshop isn't working for you, in Reflex, go to Options>Addons>Explore Workshop and enter "scrambled" in the search field.
