While the euro players are going to move to NA, ping isn't as much of an issue in OW as it is in tf2 so it's not unreasonable to play from Europe to North America on 100 ping. That's why a lot of teams are multi-continental without necessarily living in the same area.

over.gg article however, numlocked recently confirmed the team would be withdrawing in order to provide additional time for the team to gel together, as well as to avoid having two of their players, iddqd and numlocked, play with international ping. Both of them are currently in the process of acquiring visas to make the move to NA.

It's possible (I've had <90 ping to some NY servers), but it won't be the case with Numlocked's 4G internet that's for sure.

It is an issue but it's not as big of a problem. Korean teams were known to scrim NA teams in the early stages of the game and European teams would often compete in NA tournaments. Isn't OW's netcode just meant to favor the shooter? Like if you have 150 ping on pharah your rockets still come out instantly and if it hits someone on your screen it hits on server?

I was most impressed by clockwork tbh. His debut on nrg left a lot to be desired but he looked insaninsane last night. I've never seen someone dumpster the selfless tracers so consistently, the dude just didn't know how to miss rockets.
