Currently at 100% ram usage, making my computer very very slow. however none of the applications i have add up to 16 GB of ram.
heres the top 3 ram users atm, no where close to the limit

ive restarted my computer 10 times, letting it sit for 5 minutes off each time before starting it up again. immediately at startup it goes straight to 100%

Not trying to be a naysayer, but that could be potentially a virus. Possibly, but not necessarily.

idk about the disk usage, but you could try a registry edit by changing ClearPageFileAtShutDown to 1 in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session Manager\Memory Management

didnt change anything, still at 100% usage on both

If you have a Killer Network NIC you need to upgrade your drivers for it, the default drivers on Windows 10 cause a massive memory leak.

i had to do this as well, caused very very annoying memory leaks that made me think google chrome was at the source of the issue
