Its a community update not one from valve. Literally means nothing.

Tomorrow there's a Source Filmmaker short that's been in development for a few years now being released related to the Mayann Update (which was a concept before the Jungle Update was announced by Valve, similar to Frontline.tf and Iron Gauntlet). While it's not official, I'm eager to see some big TF2 and SFM content being released outside of the Saxxy Awards. Community-driven updates and showcases always present some sweet community contributions in the forms of models, maps, animations, and various forms of media.
