Getting input lag when streaming

Whenever I stream (using OBS), my tf2 gets a miniscule amount of input lag on my mouse. Has anyone else had this problem, and are there any ways I can fix it?

what are your settings? how much cpu does your obs eat? do you have any other resource heavy programs running in the background?

had this same issue if youre on game capture, make sure "stretch image to screen" is unchecked
