Well my team is putting me on Scout for S14, and I have no idea what to do besides cap points and shoot things. (waits for posts saying im doing it right) Our team is low-mid open (going 6-10) but plans to be mid-high open this season (10-6 is our main goal). I'm willing to go over demos of pugs, scrims etc and go over what I could have done and why.
