I'll be going to Seattle next month and have scoured the internet for cool places to check out and plotted them on a google map: https://drive.google.com/open?id=110_6YhkRzTaNu0pD6eG_QYdrhAo&usp=sharing

For the locals or otherwise anyone familiar with the city - did I miss any cool places?

piroshky is literally the best thing ive ever had in my life

pick columbia tower > space needle if youre forced to choose

snoqualmie falls isnt very close to seattle, but if you want to go, take 520, get off at the end of the freeway which leads to wa-202 and just drive on 202 east. thats much faster than taking i90

skip that pike place chowder place and go to ivars

the ferris wheel is super underwhelming

serious pie is really good but the root beer tastes kinda weird

down the super steep hill the fremont troll is on, theres this amazing restautaunt called cafe turko

if you want cool views of the city (you put kerry point on the list), go to alki beach, and that weird but really big orange building on the end of i90 thats really close to safeco and clink field

yeah i'm really looking forward to walking through schmitz preserve park and then heading over to alki beach for some grub

i'm not seeing that big orange building, is it more up north next to the other tall buildings?

The museum flight by Boeing field in south Seattle is pretty cool, would recommend.

Gas works park is also cool.

For food, Zeeks and Pagliacci are local pizza chains that are both pretty good. There's also Beth's cafe on Aurora by Greenlake that has 12 egg omelettes and good breakfast foods 24x7.

The museum of pop culture is also cool, particularly if you like sci-fi and/or rock and roll/music etc - it used to be split up as a Sci Fi museum and then the EMP - Experience Music Project, both are pretty cool.

Yeah between your list and the previous posts it covers mostly everything, also yeah the Ferris wheel isn't that great it's really really short and the views aren't anything amazing. +1 for the museum of pop culture if you're into that kinda thing. I recommend the international district for food, especially if you're into Asian food as there's tons of amazing and cheap eats there. When I first moved here I really liked going on the duck tour around the city, you get to see a good chunk of the city and get on the water too which makes for some sick views of the city. Also just be a little careful of where you are when it gets dark, for example, the udistrict is really cool imo but if you stray off the main road it gets sketchy really fast.
September is a pretty good time to visit too, Not hot but right before the weather of october and winter. :)

There's lots of cool stuff to see and do in Seattle, but none of it was as life changing as getting the Pork Belly and Cornmeal Waffle for brunch at Skillet.
