Masters-of-gimmicks Lowpander take on the anime-loving Weebtunnel Tactics in this Week 5 on Snakewater and Sunshine, which is making its grand reappearance to ETF2L this week! Yay?
Lowpander are sitting in 3rd place with 19 points, right behind LEGO (who have already played their match this week) at 20 points and SVIFT at 21 points. However, with pocket (and semi-carry) Uubers mysteriously leaving the team last week, Lowpander might have a gap in their armor that the weebs might be able to exploit. Speaking of Weebs, Weebtunnel Tactics are in 6th place with one win (which is more than can be said for Da Choke Bustaz). On the bright side, they've also played fewer maps than most of the teams, considering one of their early matches was supposed to be against ANTIC.
Since Snakewater is reappearing this week, let's have a look at last week's results on that map. Lowpander took a 3-0 over Da Choke Bustaz, despite having Menty mercing for Marten. Scouts for Lowpander put up good numbers, and will be looking to do the same thing this week. Weebtunnel Tactics had a very different result, losing 5-0 to LEGO in just over 20 minutes. If they want to beat Lowpander on Snakewater, they'll need to reconsider their strategy and shut down EU shenanigans, or last week's result might happen again.
