DarkNecridfyi their guidelines were posted earlier when they knew everyone would be too busy eating to notice right away and the media cycle would miss it:

Gotta love how the title of that .pdf is "Restoring Internet Freedom."

I guess it makes sense if you interpret "freedom" as "the freedom of corporations to gouge consumers without consequences"
