if it looks shit on youtube like grainy and stuttery, right click and look at stats. it most likely is the 64002a codec, which youtube uses for small channels. vp9 is the newer better codec.
examples: 64002a (shit) / vp9 (good)
assuming ur not one of the few tf2 fraggers with >1000 subs or w/e, and u want ur vid to be vp9, follow steps:
go to video manager -> click edit on video -> click enhancements -> pause the preview video and drag the video slider to 0:00 -> dont touch anything else and save. then check back in like half an hour and it will be vp9 and look very nice and smooth.
