Does someone have the download for the lange overlay?

you can manually edit the overlay to look like that by going configure > settings > overlay
and then right clicking the overlay to get options

The overlay in the video is also broken anyways, if your overlay looks the same "-nod3d9ex" will fix it to proper highlighting.
Anyhow, if you want to make the same overlay on your own, follow what Crayon said above and then go to Filter > Only talking, after that then go to Edit and there select to have only Username element enabled, disable everything else.
