The broesel crosshair switcher still works as I still use it. Comes with a guide. However, I do believe it doesn't properly utilize the scroll wheel and is set to MWHEELUP as your primary and MWHEELDOWN as your secondary and then M3 as your melee. You will also have to edit the custom binds setup in the folder.
You can add the vtf crosshair as an alias in the crosshairs.cfg thats in the pack and you should be pretty set.
