TF2 broke, need help

When I start my TF2, the menu is black and I can't open console (Although I am able to see console through backpack screen).
It looks like this:

I've reinstalled tf2 a couple times. Restarting my computer helps for the first time, but after I leave a game it goes back to that.
tr_walkway_rc2 and fix_rc2 also do not spawn bots, saying:
name "(1)BLU01" not found
and so on
I've tried doing maxplayers 32, sv_allowservercommand always, and the usual botmaxconfig in config folder.

I really need help on this.
I do have lawena installed with vdub and those were recent to the cause.

EDIT: I know image is very small, I dont know how I can enlarge it.

i am confused

but try joining a server and opening the console there, and binding it to a key other than `

apparently that works for other ppl who have same issue. alternatively try a different hud with a custom mainmenu cause i believe the issue is due to hud layering

It does, however, work in lawena.
