cannot see enemy/friendly healthbars/target ids

ive tried messing with floating target ids, changed huds (even default), etc. nothing works it started happening a week or two ago. i cant even see my medics health or uber % when im being healed
any help would be appreciated!!

edit: fixed for some reason a gfx cfg set my tf_hud_target_id_offset to -1000

I've had this issue too. Hudreload scheme is an easy but painful fix, as you must do this all the time when swapping classes. A permanent solution advised.

verify game cache using steam
make sure there is not any other targetid (or any related file) within your custom folder
remove all your custom files and launch game with -autoconfig -default paramenters
if you can see the target id now, start adding your custom files and keep checking if you can see target id and this way identify the file that's causing it

oh if you have a spy silhouette disable thing script in your hudlayout.res, remove it. If I remember correctly, that will interfere with the targetid.
