Twitch Streams Using 90%+ of GPU

Hello lads,

For whatever reason whenever I open a stream on chrome my GPU usage skyrockets to around 96%, the twitch homepage only uses about 25-45%. I have tried googling for solutions, but have not found anything helpful. I have an AMD R9 390 and have updated the drivers. Let me know if you need more info.
