HUD Element Colour Change (Need Help!)

I am struggling to change the colour a certain part of my HUD.
I have attached a link to my dropbox which contains an image of my hud, I have also circled the part I would like to change in light blue.

"damageAccountValue" change the fgcolor to your desired one
in your case 0 255 255 255
