I've gone through desensitization for several years as a kid and I can confirm it worked wonders on me. Of course complete immunity isn't often achieved but it reduced the symptoms by 70% which was already pure bliss for me. It has stuck for well over 6 years now.

ive had hay fever for as long as i can remember although it isnt as bad now as it used to be
I used to have a solid 2-4 months every year of constantly having to take allergy medicine cause my respiratory tract would contract and id not be able to breathe very well if at all
thankfully that stopped and now i just have 2-4 months of constantly itchy eyes and a runny nose!
moral of the story is dont be a fucking pussy like me and stop being allergic to pollen -__-

Yeah in Finland I think we have the most brutal (birch?) tree pollen season in a while going on atm and even insane +28 Celcius weather.

I have asthma+allergy+flu, I nearly choked yesterday from coughing and gaggin and throwing up from the coughing and had a panic attack due to it. Got some proper cough syrup and asthma related cough pills from private docco so all good now, sure sucks major dicc though.

Keep hitting them antihistamines my fellow soldiers.
