Bro you mean the season that ended 3 months ago???
Its not UGC that takes their time in sending them in, its Valve that takes their time adding it to the game and distributing them. Ideally they line up medal distribution with other leagues and sometimes add them in in multiple season increments
They'll come literally when you least expect it
