At random times (approx once every 5 mins) my game will lag to unplayable levels where I lose all control of my character who will keep moving in the current direction and other players will move properly (so there is still some connection) but they will warp around from place to place. This is likely to be a network adapter problem as it does not happen to any other device using the network apart from my computer and happens in multiple games.
Am stuck using wifi as there is no way to get an ethernet to my laptop currently. Here are some pictures of my netgraph usually and whilst it is happening and here is the printout of my network adapter's diagnostics tool.
I have currently tried to reinstall network drivers, run virus check, check battery saving settings, uninstall any programs that I do not use. I am using google dns so that is unlikely to be an issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated and let me know if you need any other information to help fix the issue.

Interesting...
Still receiving 60 updates per second but you're only sending 4-6 updates per second (167ms to 250ms between each update). This would lead me to assume either your ethernet controller or your wireless TX radio is going bad. More likely the TX radio is going bad than the ethernet controller. Only tips I can give you is get closer to your wireless AP see if still occurs and try a wired connection (even if it's for only 10-20min) to see if still happens.
